The elephants from 'Elephant Encounter' have been cited multiple times by the USDA for having been mistreated. In addition, this will attract negative crowds and attention towards the fair. People may become violent and the elephants themselves will be a liability as they are large wild animals. The fact that this is a huge risk and that the elephants have been mistreated are reason enough to not have 'Elephant Encounter' 'perform' at the fair this year.
