The Drunk Driver Who Caused High on the Hill to Burn Down Needs to be Held Accountable

The Issue

A person, of Mount Orab, OH, age 20, this past weekend, drove drunk and got 2 counts of OVI in Hamilton County, OH. They struck a telephone pole which caused our beloved “High on the Hill” to catch fire and burn to the ground. They show no remorse, posting on Facebook in a joking manner, stating, “my fault”. And continues to post as though the entire communities of Clermont and Hamilton Counties aren’t mad at them. Their name wasn’t released in news articles, but as a community we deserve to know who caused such chaos and destruction.
Why wasn’t this person arrested? And why wasn’t this person charged for underage consumption being 20 years old and the legal drinking age is 21?
Hamilton County courts, WE DO NOT WANT THEM TO RECIEVE A SLAP ON THE WRIST!
Anderson Township Fire Department risked their lives because of them.
High on the Hill employees are out of work, and the owners obviously had to temporarily close their business down.
I have personally seen countless people of all ages post how sad they are about High on the Hill, we all have great memories of that store. It was a staple in our community.
