The cintractual doctor shoyld be absorb as a permanent doctor so that they can give their best services without worryying their future after two years contract. 

Just imagine after 6 years of studying and 2 years of housemanship with all the pressure and hardship they have to gone through during that time. They should be appreciated with their services by giving them a permanent Medical Officer.
