Well. This online petition, along with a secondary hand signed one containing over 70 signatures was lodged and submitted to the Council. The response back only recognised 19 signatures as legitimate and refused to accept any criticism of the Scheme or it's affects on the local community.

The Council refuses to acknowledge the inconvenience caused by fencing off commonly used crossing points, calling them 'inappropriate' and inferring that it's not an issue to be restricted into using the official pelican crossings or underpass.

See attached picture taken recently of the urine stained underpass. Please tell me what is appropriate about being forced to use that??

The fencing is still ugly, the newly planted little shrubs have mostly all died and weeds are everywhere. £500k spent and an area devalued. Thanks.
