To not release Robert Arthur Cofrank off of parole early and to add charges of murder for the death of a child.

The Issue

He assaulted my 3 month old son, who was left in a vegetative state for 14 months before passing away from it. He should be facing murder chargers not child abuse chargers. He is a dangerous man who should not be left unwatched! He is a repeat offender and will harm someone again! No other family or child should have to be a victim of his ever again!
