Pretty self-explanatory really... A positive impact for the community. More good reasons than bad.

Recently, on the corner of 3rd & Peoria, an abandoned building caught on fire. Since then it has been an empty lot. A friend & I stumbled upon the bulldozed leveled lot & immedietly thought how it is basically 90% already a DIY skatepark. All it needs is a little TLC. 

This would be a great investment for the future of Tulsa.
