Lou Rivera has for several years spent his time and money to teach and inspire our youth. Lou has not only provided low cost lessons but he also acts as a positive role model for not only the youth he coaches but for our entire community. It is our hopes that the city will see the great things this man has done over several generations of Norconian kids and grant him his business license as well as allow him to operate while he and our community proceed in getting the cages within code.
