Her Majesty's Government of Gibraltar, please note, that the Proposed Coaling Island Land Reclamation is contrary to your own Gibraltar Development Plan Policy Z2.10 - COALING ISLAND, which only provides for the development of THE EXISTING 1.2 Hectares of Coaling Island, NOT A MASSIVE additional 6 Hectares of Land Reclamation.

Any large development or land reclamation should be covered in the Gibraltar Development Plan, and incorporated into a holistic plan for Gibraltar, taking into account infrastructure and the needs of the people of Gibraltar.
