Should the go ahead be given, the proposed Victoria Keys development will be constructed on the reclaimed land. 

The effect on the much loved Queensway Quay Marina will be a disaster.

The open view of the Spanish mountains and Superyacht Marina currently enjoyed between existing buildings around the marina will be lost for ever and replaced by a wall of concrete tower blocks on Victoria Keys.
