Together we can stop Gibraltar becoming like Delhi

The massive Coaling Island Land Reclamation and the Victoria Keys Development to be built on the reclaimed land, are both contrary to the Gibraltar Development Plan 2009 

Before such schemes are considered by the DPC, an holistic plan for Gibraltar is needed, ensuring infrastructure is in place before development commences.
