The Coaling Island Land Reclamation Environmental Statement advises that HGV Wagons will be used to transport rubble from the Eastside Rubble Tip along the 'blue' route shown, along, Devil's Tower Road, Sir Winston Churchill Avenue, Glacis Road, and Queensway. Not only does the health warning apply to residential properties overlooking and adjacent to Coaling Island, such as MID HARBOURS, KINGS WHARF, CORMORANT WHARF, THE SAILS, THE ISLAND, but also residential properties on the 'blue' route from East Side Rubble Tip to Coaling Island, such as
