The Environmental Statement: Proposed Reclamation Coaling Island, or better known by its official title : 'F/16370/19G, The Proposed Reclamation of Land from the Sea with a Gross Area of Approximately 600,000 M2 Adjoining the Western Quay of Coaling Island and the Southern Quay Wall of the Mid-Harbour Small Boat Marina/Coaling Island', comes with a HEALTH WARNING, see Volume 1, Main Report Page 51, paragraphs  5.6 & 5.7, 'Some of the area surrounding the proposed reclamation works and some of the area surrounding roads along which material may be tracked from the site are of 'high' sensitivity to human health effects'.
