The Cheesecake Factory currently has foods involving allergens such as nuts that contaminate their kitchen and every food item. We would like them to be able to accommodate food allergies like these so more people with food allergies can eat there. I am a 15 year old girl who suffers from a severe peanut allergy. It is most likely I will not grow out of it. It is often difficult to find a place to eat with my family or friends because of this allergy. If Cheesecake Factory could accommodate for allergies, families all over, including mine would be able to enjoy the food there. According to foodallergy.org "Researchers estimate that up to 15 million Americans have food allergies. This potentially deadly disease affects 1 in every 13 children (under 18 years of age) in the U.S. That’s roughly two in every classroom." This means that many families cannot eat at The Cheesecake Factory due to their children or themselves having food allergies. If The Cheesecake Factory could make their restaurant able to accommodate this people, they would get more customers, and more families would have another great place to take their kids with allergies.
