The Issue
To the Chancellor JeremyHunt, stop the 1.25% rise in National Insurance, close all of the tax loopholes now, or abolish National insurance contributions and income tax for ordinary working people and replace it with a wealth tax of 1% on wealth, assets or earnings, above £20 million!
- After the scandal of the Panama papers and now the Pandora papers, we've had enough!
Tax avoidance costs the country £550Bn every year!
That's £550Bn that, could cover the 1.25% rise in National Insurance, or it could be spent on, the NHS, benefits, schools, pensions and public services!
And we are sick and tired of, the rich elites who can afford to use tax loopholes to avoid paying their income tax and National Insurance contributions, while the rest of the hard working people of the UK, still have to pay their National Insurance contributions and income tax.
It always seems as though when it comes to National Insurance contributions and income tax, it is one rule for the rich elite, and a different rule for the rest us!
Millionaires and billionaires should have to pay their National Insurance contributions and income taxe too!
Why should Facebook, amazon, eBay, Google, Starbucks etc, and billionaires get away with not having to pay their National Insurance contributions and taxes like the rest of us?
Close all tax loopholes or abolish National insurance contributions and income tax!
The hard working people of the UK are being financially squeezed to breaking point by the cost of living crisis!
And yet,at the same time, the rich elites are using their tax loopholes, to make themselves even richer!
The hard working people of the UK, cannot afford to pay for their petrol and diesel, gas and electricity and other household bills!
And yet Jeremy Hunt and Rishi Sunak's government are still going ahead with their 1.25% rise in National Insurance contributions!
And on top of that, those who earn over £250,000 only have to pay National Insurance contributions on the first £250,000 of their earnings!
Any earnings they make above £250,000, they are exempt from paying any National Insurance contributions!
If you are struggling financially, then take a stand, sign and share this petition with every person you can.

Just why should you have to live on the breadline, while the rich elites are living it up at your expense?
Take a stand now and, draw a line in the sand, and say "No More!".
Fight for your right to have a decent standard of living for yourselves and your children!
If you are happy to struggle, just to get by every week, with the high cost of living, and are happy to live on the breadline, just struggling to pay you rrent, energy bills and counciltax, then do nothing!
But if you're not happy to do so, then please, stop subsisting the rich elite, and demand a better standard of living for you and your children!
