Let’s change the National Anthem to one that uplifts the nation and shows how proud we are of England, not just the Royal figurehead.  When I listen to the Australian... USA .... and other Anthems the Anthem connects the people so they are proud to sing the Anthem and raise the flag. Let us do likewise for the future for although   I am certainly a royalist I feel the current Anthem  is not suitable for the future England. So, let’s take the opportunity when the current Queen dies to make one of the big changes that I’m sure will take place as Charles come to the throne, something like I vow to The my country, Rule Britannia or something written for a brave, new, united England ! (Along with an English Parliament)!!!
