Stockx is a company that has continuously scammed, and misled customers into either buying things that were defective, not as promised, in bad condition, or prevented buyers from buying the most lucrative offers so they can hoard them themselves. They do not answer your concerns and have no problem passing on defective items to other consumers. They have costs thousands of customers a considerable amount of money and they should be held accountable.

No business should be allowed to run un-checked, and due to this unaccountability Stockx has been able to take advantage of buyers and sellers on their marketplace and not face any sort of backlash from any official institution.

Stockx is planning on going public, yet it has no concern to fix the underlying issues plaguing the company which is visible on all their social media platforms, more and more discontent from a growing amount of unsatisfied customers. Before putting the public's money at risk, Stockx should be held accountable for it's behavior towards it's customers, and not risk the public's funds in a bad investment for a company that does not care about the end consumer.

Recently Stockx was hacked and 6.5 million user records were compromised.

If a company cared about it's customer in the year 2020, would it still offer no form of customer - company contact?
