Legend rare cats, like Legelan Pasalan and High Lord Babel should naturally all be better than Uber Rare cats considering how incredibly rare they are in compairison.(0.3% chance to get a Legend Rare from a rare cat capsule draw) and a (5-9% chance of getting an Uber Rare from a rare cat capsule draw). If you really think about it, there are a lot of Uber Rare cats in the game that are considerably better than both Legelan Pasalan and High Lord Babel. I think that with Legend rare cats, it should be a complete no-brainer that they are better than nearly every other Uber in the game, for the reason simply being the drastic difference in the chances of getting them. Many of the Legend Rares are actually perfectly balanced as they are. I just want the ones that would pass as a decent Uber to instead pass as a really good Uber. They don't have to be better than every Uber in the game, but I would like for all Legend Rares to be on that same S Tier, with all of the best Ubers. All I really want is some Legend Rare equality. Every Legend Rare in the game should have a completely different role to play, yet it should also be clear that they are all equal in how useful they are. If we can get enough signatures, we could send this to The Battle Cats developers, and we could possibly get this well needed balance to the game.
