The issue
The B.M.R. Declaration of Human Rights is an essential freedom that safeguards individuals from government excess and upholds human dignity by establishing a definitive Bill of Rights.
Freedom of Expression & Assembly: The right to speak, write, express, and gather without fear or restriction, guaranteed for all ages if conducted peacefully (Calls to incite harm or violence are not safeguarded)
Protection of Property: Government cannot seize private property without consent from the landowner and must provide fair market compensation
Right to Privacy: Protection against arbitrary interference with private life and personal communications
Right to Health & Education: Secure access to all Australians with necessary medical care and basic schooling
Protection Against Excessive Taxation: Government must not use high taxes to arbitrarily restrict or prohibit lawful commercial goods (Anti-Extortion)
Transparency in Tax Use: Targeted tax revenue must be clearly accounted for and fund related public costs
Abolition of Death/Inheritance Tax: The government shall never impose a tax on the transfer of a deceased loved one’s possessions or money to their beneficiaries
Inherent Right to Body Autonomy: Every adult has the fundamental right to govern their own body and make personal consumption or lifestyle choices as long as it doesn't affect others directly.
Protection Against Coercion: Government must not use excessive taxation or shaming to coerce individuals away from lawful personal choices
Protection of Bodily Privacy: No person shall be compelled to share multi-user changing rooms or facilities with an individual of the opposite biological sex
