Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number should be unbanned

The ban reason is unjustified. What happened in the game that caused it to be banned happens in various other mediums not just related to video games. Movies, the news, music, even advertisements can freely talk about rape but in Hotline Miami 2's case, it's given a ban. 

Other video games are allowed to talk about or show rape. Ride to Hell: Retribution, Duke Nukem Forever, Silent Hill 2, Kayne and Linch 2: Dog Days, and the recent boom of Steam Anime games that feature nudity and sex (Nekopara, Sakura Angels, HuniePop) are allowed to be sold. Yet one scene from Hotline Miami 2 is a required ban. I would also like to note that Fifty Shades of Grey, a movie about BDSM (or torture porn) is allowed to be viewed in the cinemas.

Speaking as a gamer and a Hotline Miami fan, I do not want my games banned for utterly stupid reasons like that. Please, unban this game.
