Family law reviews have been churning along. Reform is slow.

Getting #contravention cases heard in Family Court with a successful outcome, ie consequences for non-compliance, is also slow. 

If your child has been moved to the other parents care full time, against your wishes, you are facing a long haul experience of intense emotional & psychological trauma just from the daily worry until your situation is resolved. If it ever is.

There is a legal loop hole which could be used by the legal system to actively encourage parents to cooperate and settle peacefully, without family court.

If you cannot contact your child/children often enough to get peace of mind about their safety, because that other parent is saying No, this action being made, a crime, could help stop that abuse for good.

As a civil society, we need to be respectful to each other at all times, especially during challenging situations like separation from our children because of family court or when court orders are not being followed.

If you agree that parents in family court proceedings or even those who have been subjected to their orders, should be supported, this crime / law is that support manifested.

A phone call, a brief Hello visit, an email, or a Skype call by a parent with their #stolen children should not be refused by the custodial parent.

Those parents that care, should be encouraged not given the silent treatment. Silence is violence.
