The Issue
Mitt Romney's failure to emulate Obama's call for marriage equality e is a catastrophic failure of character. A person of such weak character cannot be entrusted with the leadership of our armed forces.
By signing this pledge, you contest the authority of Mitt Romney, should he be elected president. This includes:
- refusing military orders from him and/or his subordinates
- refusing summons by the federal governent (should he be elected)
- rejecting the validty of bills signed by Mitt Romney, up to and including refusal to enforce them
- Participation in the creation of a new government to enforce and defend the U.S. Constitution (should he be elected).
- Upholding the rights of all people
- Refusing to consider religious doctrine in the formation of opinions about the running of the government.
- Participation in a national convention to amend the constitution, to which only the pro-gay rights and secular are party.
