This petition is as simple as your right to speak and the ban on Mr. Kunal Kamra is as bad as killing it. The "Act" done by him might not be per the rules of a particular Airline, Indigo but an instant ban on him by multiple airlines doesn't sound well. Sign this petition.

The Airline companies are free to put someone on a 'No-flyer list' but this should happen only after an internal inquiry is conducted on the matter. Considering the past events that have happened in various Airlines with other personalities from the opposition, no such step was taken against the offender whosoever.

1. A Republic TV crew heckled RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav during a flight in 2017
2. The ban on Shiv Sena leader Ravindra Gaikwad for slapped Air India crew with his slipper in 2017 was revoked by the govt in 2 weeks.
3. In Dec 2019, BJP MP Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur caused a ruckus on Spicejet and delayed the flight by 45 minutes.

Putting a direct ban on Mr. Kunal directly within hours raises a question on the Airlines itself. Having said that, the behavior of Kunal Kamra may be unruly and he may face punishment for the same. But the Airlines should ATLEAST follow the procedure for the same.

Quoting the DGCA Chief, “The airline should have waited for the internal inquiry to be completed before putting the passenger on the no-flyers list for six months.”
