Admins will change their n-word stance and give heartfelt apologies to those muted/banned

The Issue

The Admin team decided that the n-word should be banned in any context in any of the server channels, which makes sense, however they took it one step too far,
Blake, a new member to the server, is black and didn't like how the server was controlling him,
He found a clever loophole, by adding the n-word to his status. Admin Don, among other admins, gave him less than 5min to change it before kicking him out of the server, banning him,
How is the status of someone's status, something that is part of your discord account, within the jurisdiction of a server, why should Blake have been kicked out for doing something he definitely should have been able to do,
Additionally, why should people's music be regulated by the n-word, there should be a warning that songs might contain n-word, but then people shouldn't be pressured into not listening to their favorite song, just because it has the n-word, which is quite common among songs,
And then Ludwig, who simply said the n-word because he was trying to test the bot, to make sure that if someone were to say the n-word, that the bot would nullify their statement,
Instead we was greeting with a mute,
The admin team need to realize how wrong their actions are,
They need to alter n-word rule to incorporate music, statuses, stuff they shouldn't be able to control,
They need to reinvite Blake, unmute people like Ludwig, they need to give heartfelt apologies to these people,
And they need to not be so stringent when it comes to the rule, they need to understand that there are always circumstances where it is acceptable, like for example music,
