Assumption University‘s (Suvarnabhumi Campus) location is the riskiest place for two big factors that are detrimental to both the student’s and the staffs health. Starting with PM2.5 which is extremely harmful to one’s health. Since we are in the Samut Prakan area, according to the statistics it’s at 161 Air Quality Index which is categorized in the unhealthy zone. The university provided it’s students with zero to no concern about this issue. Even more serious is the deadly coronaVirus which had a semi outbreak in the Wuhan Province of China. The campus and it’s surrounding contains countless of mainlanders from China going in and out. Quite positively the students are not a threat but that doesn’t put away the threat of  tourist arriving to the area everyday which puts the students in a huge risk of being expose to this virus. This situation is  a potential outbreak waiting to occur at the university. Again the University just provided the students with a simple warning taking  no precaution or actions about this serious matter. The student’s well being are far more important than meeting a required attendance or maintaining good grades. Therefore this petition proposes a proper serious action to be taken from the University’s administration or a necessary effective immediate cease of all classes.
