We want to replace Capitalism with Nileism.  The system is broken.  If something is broken it should be replaced or fixed.  Just as any 2.0 version most times the new version just has simple adjustments to the original.  

We made one minor mistake with Capitalism.  We never set a ceiling. Hence the "rat race". Every race has a finish line.

Nileism is a paradigm shift in which we set a cap to capitalism.  We as rational human beings must agree that no individual or entity needs more than 10 Billion Dollars.

Although some of these .01% of the ultra capitalist have set up non profits as tax shelters we do not believe these funds should be managed by a corporation they set up.

Excess of 10 Billion gets put into what we will call the Fair Fund.  This fund will become a non credit derived lending institution for home and business loans for your average American with 0% interest and extended default provisions.  The fund will also address the homeless and veteran issues in the US.

The top 100 donors to the fund get a seat on the board.  These funds are not relinquished.  They are tracked and simply borrowed for use of the Fair fund.  A new tax bracket will be initiated for this group and the 10 Billion will never be taxed.
