เเรายังคงต้องพูดเหมือนเดิมว่า ทุจริตปะทะกับเราใน ภูเก็ต

หนูและน้องชายขอให้ทุกคนรวมพลังสู้กับการทุจริตต่อไป

เราโดนไล่ออกจากบ้านด้วยปืนในปี 2010 เราไม่เคยขายบ้านเราเลย แต่ตอนนี้ กลุ่มทุจริตสองกลุ่มต่างอ้างกรรมสิทธิ์ในบ้านเรา ไม่น่าเชื่อ ?
และเป็นการเตือนให้คนที่ซื้ออสังหาในไทย เริ่มจากการปลอมลายเซ็นพ่อหนู บนกระดาษ a4 แค่แผ่นเดียว ง่ายแค่นั้นเลย
และคุณก็คงสงสัยว่า กลุ่มสองกลุ่ม มาครอบครองบ้านเราได้อย่างไร

กลุ่มแรกมาจาก ธนาคารไทย ธนาคารที่เพิ่งมีข่าวเจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโสติดคุกข้อหาฟอกเงินนั่นแหละ สิ่งเดียวกับที่เขาทำกับเราในภูเก็ต
เขาใช้คนชั่วในกรุงเทพให้สร้างสัญญากู้เงินปลอมเพื่อที่จะคลาดการชำระเบี้ย และให้ธนาคารยึดบ้านเราได้และเงินเข้ากระเป๋าผู้จัดการ 12 ล้านบาท

กลุ่มที่สอง เป็นมาเฟียในไทย พวกปล่อยกู้นอกระบบ และยึดบ้านเราจากการข่มขู่และฉ้อโกง บ้านที่ไม่เคยโดนขาย ส่งมอบให้พวกเขาฟรีๆ บ้านหลังเดียวมีเจ้าของทุจริตและไร้หัวใจ สองกลุ่ม

คำถามคือ แล้วสองกลุ่ม ครอบครองบ้านหลังเดียวกันได้ยังไง ? ตามกฎหมาย พวกเขามีสิทธิ์ในบ้าน แต่เราไม่มีสิทธิ์ในบ้านเรา

สัปดาห์นี้ก็มีคนพยายาม ปล่อยเช่าบ้านเราอีกแล้ว พวกคนมีปืนจะมาอีก
บางคนพยายามจะขโมยทุกอย่างจากเราจริงๆ

ปี 2010 ชายติดอาวุธ 11 คนมาที่บ้านเราในชุดกากี และสั่งให้เราออกจากบ้าน แม้ว่าพ่อจะสู้อย่างเต็มที่ก็ตาม

เราคิดว่า พวกคนชั่ว ปล่อยเงินกู้นอกระบบ ผู้จัดการธนาคาร และผู้อาวุโสของธนาคาร ยังคงอาศัยในบ้านตนแต่เรา ไม่มีบ้าน เราอาศัยอยู่กับความเมตตา ไม่มีที่ๆใดให้เรียกว่าบ้านได้เลย พวกเราไร้บ้านมา 6 ปีแล้ว พ่อต้องหลบลูกกระสุน และการโจมตีทางกฎหมายเสมอ

we are here yet again to say that corruption against continues to flourish on Phuket.

Today my brother Daire and I are asking you to please help us fight this corruption and sign our petition. 

We were forced to leave our family home in Phuket at gunpoint in 2010. We never sold our home but today 2 different corrupt and evil parties claim to own it. How? And let this be a warning to all who purchase property in Thailand. It simply started with my Dad’s signature being forged badly on a single sheet of A4 paper. Yes it was that easy.

Of course you will rightly ask how 2 different unconnected parties can claim to own our home. Well so do we.

The first party that owns our home is a major Thai Bank. One that has been in the news recently when nearly 18 of its senior staff were convicted and  jailed for money laundering. The same crime their manager in Phuket committed against us. He took control of our Phuket home by using a criminal in Bangkok to create a fake loan that was never intended to be repaid. So when no repayments were made the bank simply repossessed our house and the manager pocketed up to 12 million Baht.

The second party claiming to own the house are the scourge of Thailand and the world over …. Illegal moneylenders. Now unbelievably they also took possession of our family home through intimidation and fraud. A house they never bought was simply handed over to them free of charge. Believe it or not! One house and it has 2 independent owners both heartless and corrupt.

Now you are asking us how can 2 different parties own the same house? Well we ask the same question …. But according to the law they supposedly do. And we don’t.

Now this week a rental sign appeared on the gate of our home? The men with guns as before will soon follow. We did not put the sign up. Somebody is trying rent out our house?

Back in 2010 eleven armed men arrived at our gate dressed in uniforms and ordered us to leave our home. Dad stood firm against them and refused. They did not expect that.

We think that the evil moneylenders, bank manager and senior bank executives have their own homes to live in but we don’t. We now live on charity…. We have nowhere to call home. Indeed we have been homeless now for 6 years and my Dad is still dodging bullets and harassing law suits.

We ask you to please share this video and the petition and get all your friends to do the same … Thank you.
