Text a message to help feed America’s hungry

The Issue

More details are available HERE.The text-donation initiative is an effort between Share Our Strength and the Mobile Giving Foundation, a nonprofit wireless industry ogranization. AT&T said that its participation is in response to President-elect Obama’s call for action and a national day of service on January 19.In addition, AT&T’s employees are holding food drives to benefit local food banks. In the Orange County and Los Angeles area, there are more than 10,000 AT&T employees. Food drives will take place in Anaheim and Los Angeles. In Orange County, proceeds will benefit the Second Harvest Food Bank.
