The intentional hunting and wanton killing of the American White Bison (Buffalo) is a direct violation of the spiritual convictions of the First Nations people of North America. The White Buffalo is at the center of traditional spirituality for the Native American Nations of the central plains of North America. The advertisement and willful intent by Texas Hunt Lodge to sell paid hunts for the purpose of killing and taking of sacred white "trophy" animals is viewed as a highly sacreligious act and a violation of the ancient spiritual tenants established as sacred (Wakan) by the tribes themselves. We stand with the Native American people in denouncing the actions of Texas Hunt Lodge and their clients over this blatent disrespect and the destruction of the sacred White Buffalo. We call for an immediate end to this activity now!
