Its Time A End comes To Police killing Our Family Members,Chico was in a kennel when out side, but he got out due to heavy winds blowing the tarp off Chico was able to jump out. So I tied him out on a lead while we went to purchase a new tarp, some how he got out of his collar and was barking at a man, The police were called. While on the way to buy the tarp my mom spilled her tea on her lap so we turned around to go back home, when we pulled up the police were at the house. I asked them what was going on and the officer said he had shot a white dog. He (Chico) was my son. I asked him why he shot my dog and the officer said "because he stepped off your property so I shot him". I asked him if Chico bite someone the officer said "no". I asked him then if he called animal control and he said "no. he came towards me so I shot him". The officer said he shot Chico in the street but he didnt. We know this because we found the shell casing in my yard. The Witnesses said the officer never gave Chico a chance, he got out of his patrol car pulled his gun and shot him. witness said Chico wasn't even barking at the officer.
