Let's Mess with Texas: Boycott Companies That Support the Texas Anti-Abortion Law

The Issue

Texas has passed an unconstitutional law on abortion. Florida now wants to do the same. For years the GOP has disavowed democracy and compromise. It only wants to win and has fully embraced fascism, racism, misogyny, and traitors.

Laura’s Story
As a child Laura wanted to get married and have children when she grew up. Fast forward to adulthood: She got married. But having children wasn’t possible.

Why? Because three months after she entered puberty at 10 years old, her first ovarian cyst burst, which caused a severe infection of the fallopian tubes (salpingitis) and the growth of so many abdominal adhesions that at age 30 all her abdominal organs were tied together and she had to have a hysterectomy. If she had become pregnant, Laura would have had a tubal (ectopic) pregnancy, the fetus would never have been viable, and she would have died because tubal pregnancies are misdiagnosed all the time—even nowadays.

If she were a pregnant young woman today, the unconstitutional law on abortion in Texas would kill her. The only way to save a woman who has a tubal pregnancy is to perform an abortion. It is medically impossible to save or transplant the fetus. The abortion is to save the woman’s life. But Texas and the GOP have no problems in killing Laura.

There are other women and girls who for financial, medical, criminal (rape and incest), and other reasons need the right to have an abortion. Their reasons must remain private between themselves and their physicians.

The Irony of Those Who Are “Pro-Life”
They are only pro-birth. They don’t care a shit about women. After all, they only view women as breeding stations, not people. They don’t care about the babies after birth. If they did, they’d support them no matter what.

Here Are the Real Facts
“So-called” Christians ignore or aren't aware of the following historical facts:

  • Before, during, and after Jesus’ time, the Jews have always believed that life begins at birth, not conception.
  • A fetus was considered property, not a living being, not a person.
  • If someone damaged a fetus, the person paid a fine for the loss of property (the fetus). If the person killed a pregnant woman, the person was executed (a life for a life). This is the correct interpretation of Exodus, Chapter 21, Verse 22–23.
  • If a pregnant woman murdered someone, she was executed even if she was pregnant unless she was actually in labor. In that case, the execution was delayed until after the birth of the child. Then the execution took place.
  • Jews have always believed that a fetus should be aborted if the woman’s life was in danger.
  • Jesus NEVER contradicted any of these Jewish laws.
