On August 1, 1989, in Conroe, Texas, Terrell “Dave” Finley was murdered while his fiancé was raped and kidnapped. The person who committed these crimes Tony Gilbreath (TDCJ ID: 00552945) is now up for parole review with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. We, the undersigned, feel it would be an injustice to have this heinous criminal released into the general public. Gilbreath has been in the system from a very young age and we believe he would continue to be a threat if released into general society as an adult. Our signatures below represent our concern and request to keep Tony Gilbreath imprisoned.
