Texas A&M is a constantly expanding school, with more than 50,000 undergraduates now. And with all the changes within the demographic of the student body, there have been very few changes to the dining options as far as vegans are considered. Some days the only available options for a strict vegan will be a bag of pretzels and a fruit cup. 

My goal is to tell the President of A&M and the director of food services that the student body wants more vegan options across campus, and for them to take action.
