Tesla Gigafactory 2 in Europe,Croatia would be a good incentive to develop a 100% eco system, and employ a large number of people.
The homeland of Nikola Tesla,Croatia(4 M people) has 2000 + sunny hours and 1832 Kw / m2,with solar and wind energy at a low 5% of total production (data for 2015). The total electricity consumption in Croatia in 2015 was 17.1 TWh. of which solar power is counted only in promils .The development of renewable energy sources is slowly being built, so the Gigafactory would be a very good incentive to reduce the need for fossil fuels.
Elon Musk,make it happen.If not Gigafactory at least put one Tesla store...
