Nowhere is footwell lights not listed as being under partial premium or premium interior. It should therefore be included and turned on. The car has them built in, and they come on for a second and then turn off. If they are built in, and no one said they aren’t per of the premium interior package, then why are they off? Turn them on. This is kinda cheap of Tesla to do. If it said they weren’t part of the premium interior it would make sense, but turning them off with no warning is just cheap, especially if they’re already wired.
