Tesco Norwich - don't withdraw your free bus services.

Tesco Norwich - don't withdraw your free bus services.
The Issue
On the 25th of November, Tesco will withdraw their free bus services to the Blue Boar Lane branch in Norwich.
Both the T1 (Sprowston - Heartsease - Thorpe St Andrew) and T2 (Catton - Hellesdon) services currently operated by Konectbus, will be completely withdrawn with no viable alternatives. Tesco claim that uptake of these services is not high enough to justify continuing them and have suggested that customers either do their shopping online, or use payable First bus services via Norwich city centre instead.
Many Tesco free bus users, are elderly or disabled and completely rely on this service. Some were visibly distraught at the news of its withdrawal and broke down in tears, wondering how they are going to manage their grocery shopping in the future. The timing of this couldn't be worse: just 4 weeks before Christmas, putting even more pressure on what is an already difficult and stressful time for many.
Regular users have suggested that instead of completely withdrawing the services, they are instead reduced to 2 or 3 days a week, this has not been offered by Tesco though and the company whose strapline is "Every Little Helps", do not appear to be offering any help at all.
