Terminate Vann Hunt's Contract

Terminate Vann Hunt's Contract
The Issue
I was previously a part of the Manchester University Football Team. Our head coach was the ultimate deciding factor in my decision to leave the team.
Last Saturday at our Homecoming game, Vann Hunt spoke harshly to his players and staff; unfortunately, this is nothing new in his three years here so far. Last Saturday, after a bad drive on offense before halftime, our senior starting tackle and elected leader was the victim of one of Hunt's latest lash-outs. Hunt told this player, "You're fucking pathetic, you got 3 yards on a drive". This same game, after the first touchdown scored by our opponent, because of an on-field mistake by a player, Hunt then walked over to our defensive coordinator and began to lash out at him as well, calling him names with spit flying out of his mouth, and just continuing to put people down. He then proceeded to kick me off the sideline for standing up for my teammate and friend he had misspoken to.
This has happened to other coaches as well. Hunt treated the previous defensive coordinator horribly as well, getting into his face and also screaming with spit flying. It got so bad over the season that the defensive coordinator eventually grabbed Hunt by the collar and told him that he would not be spoken to like that. Hunt then fired that coordinator for standing up for himself, similar to how I was kicked off the sideline for standing up to him.
Has never apologized to any of these players or coaches for his actions as well.
My freshman year, at the end of the season he deleted all of our game footage in an attempt to prevent players from transferring.
Can anyone actually attest to when putting people down has ever had a positive outcome? I find it ironic that Hunt truly wonders why people want to leave this program after a season, the answer to his question is HIMSELF.
Hunt is a horrible coach, and an even worse person for feeling no guilt about how he speaks and treats his players and staff.
