Recently, we have observed a severe downfall in the overall atmosphere of our beloved institution, caused primarily due to one individual: the current school administrator. Her behavior and ignorance have led to distress among both students and faculty members, making the educational environment intolerable. Basing on personal stories shared by numerous concerned individuals, it becomes clear that our institution teeters on the edge of becoming a hostile place for education and personal growth.

According to the National Education Association, a significant part of a school's success depends on the leadership style of administrators, where transparency, inclusivity, and equality reign supreme. Our experience with this particular administrator contradicts these principles entirely. This issue is not only about endangering our educational environment, but it also poses a serious threat to the safety and welfare of every individual associated with the school.

An effective school administrator serves as a guide to staff, paving the way for them to produce and deliver their best to elevate the institution. However, our current administrator's behavior has been quite the opposite, painting a grim picture of our once admired institution.
