As concerned members of the Tallcree First Nation community in Alberta, Canada, we are deeply troubled by the toxic behavior and negative impact that Band Manager Mike Cardinal JR has had on our nation. This petition aims to address these concerns and advocate for his immediate termination from his position.

Personal Story:
I am writing this petition as a member of the Tallcree First Nation who has personally witnessed the detrimental effects of Mike Cardinal JR's management style. His toxic behavior has not only affected me but also numerous individuals within our community. It is disheartening to see someone in a leadership role display such disregard for the well-being and progress of our nation.

Reasons for Termination:

1. Lack of Transparency: Under Mike Cardinal JR's management, there has been a severe lack of transparency regarding financial matters within the band. The failure to provide clear information on how funds are being allocated raises concerns about potential mismanagement or misuse.

2. Ineffective Leadership: Our nation requires a leader who can effectively communicate with community members, address their needs, and foster an environment conducive to growth and development. Unfortunately, Mike Cardinal JR's leadership style has been divisive rather than unifying.

3. Disregard for Community Input: Decision-making processes should involve meaningful consultation with community members to ensure their voices are heard and respected. However, under his management, important decisions have been made without proper consultation or consideration for diverse perspectives.

4. Allegations of Misconduct: There have been multiple allegations against Mike Cardinal JR regarding misconduct during his tenure as Band Manager. These allegations include abuse of power, harassment towards staff members, and nepotism in hiring practices.
