As a concerned resident of Linden, TX, I have observed with growing dismay the actions of our current superintendent, Keri Winter. Time and again, she has demonstrated that her decisions are not made with the best interests of our students in mind. Instead, it appears that personal gain and favoritism guide her choices.

Her actions have had a detrimental impact on our children's education. Decisions are made without considering their effects on students' wellbeing or academic progress. This is not just an observation but a sentiment echoed by many parents and educators within our community.

Moreover, there is an alarming trend in educational leadership where personal interests supersede those of the students they serve. According to research from Harvard Graduate School of Education (2018), this can lead to decreased student performance and lower morale among staff members.

In light of these concerns, we call for the termination of Superintendent Keri Winter's contract. We believe it is time to seek out a more qualified individual who will prioritize student success above all else.
