Robert Szukala (Vice Principal of Petoskey High School) has been repeatedly reported for sexual misconduct within the past 2 school years at PHS. Our protest is to advocate for change within our policy for conducted searches, dress code, and to press the direct issue with Mr. Szukala. our protest is in favor of: 

- The immediate expulsion of Robert Szukala from PHS 

-  A change to the dress code that is not discriminatory towards the females in the building 

- Conducted searches should be performed by the same sex

- Option to have parents present during a conducted search 

- Exposing cleavage and bending over should not be tolerated during conducted searches no matter the gender of the administrator
