Dr. Steven Disalvo has served as President of Endicott College for an extended time. Despite his tenure, a significant group of stakeholders feel his departure is essential. It is crucial to mention that this action is not personal, but purely based on the perceived absence of effective leadership within the institution. The signers of this petition believe that the overall quality of learning, faculty morale, and student satisfaction have significantly depreciated during Dr. Steven Disalvo's term as the President (source: Internal College Survey, 2020). We urge the Board of Trustees at Endicott College to consider our plea for a review of Dr. Steven Disalvo's role and the potential termination of his presidency. Since becoming president in 2019, residence halls have been extremely overcrowded, tuition has increased exponentially more than comparable schools, even considering inflation. Campus has become less safe, as recently events have transpired on campus that Public Safety refuses to take accountability for. Multiple reports have been filed, meetings have been held, calls have been made, yet they deny any incidents. The email we received as students is insulting, and we have not heard word from our president in weeks. Help ensure the future of our devoted educators and determined students.
