Since the beginning of 2020, Stores that used to implement in store raffles such as Concepts have ceased doing so. In turn, they’ve created online raffles for in store pick up where, unfortunately, people from all over the world can enter. However, there are only two Concepts Intl storefronts in the United States, both located in New England. It is impossible for someone who entered a raffle from California to come to New England to claim their winnings. Furthermore, raffle bots have taken over immensely and create duplicate entries and I’m sure when there’s almost 1 million entries it’s damn near impossible to catalog and go through each and every entry to ensure the participant at least lives in Massachusetts or New York. So here I am creating a petition to reinstate in store raffle sign ups like the old days when Concepts was located in Harvard Sq. This is the fairest way to give Massachusetts and New York residents a shot and winning some of the best sneakers and clothing created. There is no way to bot a raffle if one has to physically come to the store to sign up. Covid is no longer an excuse and there are definitely ways to ensure a safe and successful in store raffle. Please share and help this get at least 2,000 signatures so that we can make a difference and so that everyone has a better shot at not losing to entries that aren’t human made.
