• Gives somewhere for families to go to.
• It should help kids be able to socialise better than being on the streets getting in to antisocial behaviour.
• There's not much fun activities to do within the location.

Years ago there used to be a cinema and bowling alley, there's been many people who I've spoken to about the good old times when we had the them on the Greyhound Estate. Instead they both got demolished to turn into another shop. There's some families out there who can't travel far to do fun activities like my family and myself. Not everyone got transport to get to areas out of Chester, so it would keep transport cost low.   This would fetch more tourist to the city. Chester doesn't have much entertainment or activities apart from going from shop to shops.

I also believe that it'll stop children just staying indoors on their gadgets and gizmos, also it'll 

Would be nice to see something like a cinema or bowling alley to be replace into John Lewis Store as its such a big property it would be ashame if another shop would take over we don't need anymore stores what we need is more family activities.

It could improve some people's mental health issues if they have other entertainment within Chester besides drinking and clubbing.
