Tennessee Titans needs to hire Mike Shula as H.C at least Interview and strongly consider the guy. He has took A 7-9 panthers team to A 15-1 Playoff team. He has helped turn Cam Newton into a MVP QB and his system is perfect for Marcus Mariota. My question for Mcdaneils, "Is can he come into a loosing envirorment and truely turn this team into a winning organization?" He did go to a winning envirorment surrounded by Bill and Brady thats enough to make any guy look good. Its hard to look over Mike Shula and all he has accomplished this year with Carolina. He helped take a team at many exspected was very weak and not enough pieces to go far to a 15-1 record. Turned a inconsistant Cam Newton into a MVP QB. Those are great tangible's to look for in your H.C. Our roster is just as good as Carolina. Im not saying Mike Shula will take us to a 15-1 record if he is hired. But, If you are a Titans fan and want someone at has a strong chance at turning this team around fast Mike Shula makes alot of sence here.
