Houston needs the Oilers back. The people of Houston have had to deal with Hurricane Harvey, our World Series being tarred with the sign-stealing scandal, the Rockets Shortcomings, and most recently the Texans disastrous start to the season. Partenered with what the entire nation is experiencing with everything going on, we need a spark. We need some of our culture back. Houston does not unanimously accept or support the Texans, but they do the Oilers- the team who left us for Tennessee and the same division almost 25 years ago, and that’s because of the history that was made in Houston, and the team Luv’d by all to this day. Amy Adams Strunk, Owner of the Titans and Daughter of The legendary Bud Adams, stated “the Oilers have nothing to do with the Texans, so that’s a hard no.” And she’s right, they don’t. But they have everything do with Houston, Texas and who we are as a city. We need the Oilers back, We need our Culture back. Please help spread the message, and hopefully we can bring our Oilers back Home!
