On Jan 31,2012 My son Billy Clay Payne and his fiance Billie Jean Hayworth was murdered in their home in Mountain City Tn. They were found shot in the head and their 7 month old baby was still in his mothers arms. This was all caused my 1 jealous and lonely women. Jennelle Potter started lies on Billy and Billie Jean then her mother Barbara Potter took over. This story can not be told because its so unreal to think people are this stupid. Jennelle made up a CIA agent that was here to protect her. But the CIA was just someone she made up to get the parents to start on Bill and Billie Jean. And she brought her boyfriend Jamie Curd in on this murder. So in the early morning hours Jamie Curd and Marvin Potter went into Billy and Billie Jeans home and murder them in cold blood and also cut Billy throat. They left their 7 month old son there in his dead mothers arms. And now Jamie Curd got a peal deal for 25 yrs. We were told he would have to spend a 1/3 of his 25 yrs before he would be eligible for parole. But it has been 3 yrs and 8 months and he is coming up for parole.On Nov 19 2015. Please help us keep this violent murder in prison where he belongs
