The National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 is a complete violation of our civil rights as Americans. Sections 1021 & 1022 give the Federal Government the ability to indefinitely detain anyone they define as "terrorists" without trial or reason. "Terrorists" is broadly defined and, through legal terms, can be applied to any American citizen through proper means.
