Arena of Valor was released on Nintendo Switch in 2017. The last major update was in late 2018. There are still people who play this game and the experience would be more fair and enjoyable if the game was updated. For example, some people bought the character, Xeniel, with real money only to find out his ultimate move does not work. 

People are still able to purchase in-game currency with real life money but due to the lack of updates and balancing the game, these eager players are losing out by spending real life money.

Fixing this game would bring many new players and old players would return. If this game was ever cross-play compatible with the mobile version of Arena of Valor, it would be a hit.

We, the fans, know that Tencent is working on the new Pokemon MOBA and Wild Rift but we do not think it would take much from the company to update this game every so often; especially if options for the player to spend real life money are still available.

Please update this game, fix the bugs, and give us some new characters. We hope to see this changed soon!
