!!! Wavecrest management has been neglecting the tenants for years and we are tired of it. We have been dealing with roaches, mice, mold and other pest problems for years now. The building is full of mice, rats, mold in some apartments and roaches. We have complained to the management company but nothing has been done about it. They don’t care about our health or safety! It’s time to take action!
