We are in the midst of the largest natural disaster in Los Angeles history. The air is filled with toxins and debris from fires. Leaf blowers are exacerbating the problems, filling the sky with more chemicals and furthering the problem of toxins blowing in the air. Furthermore, while we are experiencing an accelerated air emergency vehicles (helicopters, fire planes), the added noise from leaf blowers is an extra mental burden and stress to all of our neighbors. Please enact a leaf blower ban, even temporary, now.
